- Model: one fixed weekly collection and return day per postcode area. Monday the Midlands (10 areas), Tuesday the North West, East Anglia and Wales (26), Wednesday London and the South East (30), Thursday the North, Yorkshire and Scotland (28), Friday the South West, the South Coast, South Wales and the North of Scotland (19), Saturday Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley (4).

- Standard box £7.95 a month (boxes 11 to 20 £6.95, from box 21 £5.95); large box or suitcase £11.95; named item £14.95; bulky item £24.95.
- Cap: £99 a month per 250 cu ft or part. Minimum £29 a month. One month minimum term.
- Collection £39; return £39 to any mainland address; stairs above the first floor £20 a stop.

- UK self storage turnover reached £1.3bn in 2025 across 3,143 stores and 67.5m sq ft, at 74.5 percent occupancy (SSA UK and Cushman & Wakefield Annual Industry Report 2026).
- Domestic customers are 76 percent of demand; the top reasons are lack of space (27 percent), moving house (22 percent) and a life event (14 percent) (same report).
