What we cannot store

For everyone's safety and the security of what we store, we cannot accept the following in any consignment.

• Food and drink of any kind, including tinned and dried goods.
• Liquids, paints, oils, cleaning products, aerosols.
• Gas cylinders, fuel, fireworks, matches, anything flammable or explosive.
• Loose batteries, lithium battery packs not fitted in a device, e-bike batteries.
• Plants, soil, animals, anything alive.
• Cash, jewellery over the cover limit, passports, driving licences and other identity documents, medicines, firearms and weapons.
• Damp, mouldy or infested items, and anything stolen or illegal.
• Items we cannot lift safely with two crew, or that do not fit through a standard door.

If a crew finds a prohibited item at collection it stays with you. If we find one at intake we quarantine it and email you. Full terms are in our terms of service.
